Firewood acceptance disclaimer: We kindly ask that all firewood deliveries be thoroughly inspected before unloading. By accepting the firewood you acknowledge that it meets your expectations for quality, size, and condition. Once the firewood has been unloaded, we cannot offer refunds, replacements or exchanges for reason, including wood type, moisture or presence of debris. Please take your time to check your delivery carefully to ensure it is satisfactory before being unloaded. To cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us up to 24hrs in advance before your appointment.
